These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cycle Clean
platform, website at https://cycleclean.io,
and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service,
you agree to these Terms.
1. Company information
The Service is operated by Cycle Clean ("Cycle Clean", "we", "us", or "our").
For questions about these Terms, contact us at
support@cycleclean.io.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your business to these Terms. You are responsible
for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Cycle Clean may offer free trials, monthly plans, and annual plans as described on our pricing page.
- Unless cancelled before the end of a trial or billing period, paid subscriptions renew automatically.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Upload malware, interfere with platform performance, or scrape the Service without permission.
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service except as permitted by applicable law.
- Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications through the platform.
- Send SMS or text messages without valid recipient consent where required by law, or use messaging features for marketing or promotional campaigns unless you have obtained all required opt-ins and comply with applicable law.
5. SMS and mobile messaging
Certain Cycle Clean plans may include access to transactional SMS messaging features that allow your business
to send text messages to your clients through the platform (for example, quote links, invoice notifications,
and payment reminders). Messages are sent using Cycle Clean's messaging infrastructure on behalf of your business.
For the avoidance of doubt:
-
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of any SMS or
text messages you cause to be sent, collected, or stored through the Service, and for ensuring that messages
are limited to transactional communications related to your cleaning services (not marketing or promotional
campaigns unless you separately comply with all applicable marketing and consent laws).
-
Consent and compliance. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary
rights, registrations, authorizations, and consents from each person you message or whose information you
transmit through this feature, and for ensuring that all such communications comply with applicable privacy,
data protection, anti-spam, carrier, and electronic communications laws (including A2P/10DLC and TCPA requirements)
in the jurisdictions where you and your recipients are located.
-
Your representations. You represent and warrant that you will only send messages to recipients
who have provided valid consent where required, that you will honor opt-out requests (including STOP replies),
and that your use of messaging features will comply with all applicable laws and industry standards.
-
Platform role. Cycle Clean provides software tools to record consent, deliver messages, and
maintain audit logs. Cycle Clean does not obtain consent on your behalf unless an end customer explicitly
opts in through a Cycle Clean-hosted form (such as quote acceptance or invoice payment pages). Providing a
phone number or creating a client record does not by itself constitute SMS consent.
-
Monitoring and suspension. We may monitor, restrict, or suspend messaging features if we
reasonably believe your use violates these Terms, carrier rules, or applicable law. We have no obligation to
monitor messages and disclaim responsibility or liability for message content or for your compliance failures,
except as required by law.
-
End-customer disclosures. End-customer SMS disclosures are described in our
Privacy Policy.
You agree to make appropriate consent disclosures to your customers consistent with that policy and applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Cycle Clean harmless from any claims, fines, penalties, or damages arising from
your messaging content, your failure to obtain or honor consent, or your violation of messaging laws or carrier
requirements.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the business data, client records, schedules, quotes, invoices, and other content you
submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant Cycle Clean a limited license to host, process, and display
Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to collect and process personal data of your clients,
employees, and contractors through the Service. Where you enable SMS notifications for a client, you represent
that you have obtained and recorded valid consent as required by law, or that the client opted in through an
approved in-product or customer-facing flow.
7. Intellectual property
Cycle Clean and its licensors own all rights in the software, branding, documentation, and platform design.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service except the limited right to use it according
to your active subscription.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, email delivery services,
SMS carriers, and mapping tools. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms. Cycle Clean is not
responsible for third-party products or outages outside our reasonable control.
9. Payment processing
Subscription payments and certain client invoice payments are processed by third-party payment providers
(currently Stripe). By using payment features, you also agree to the applicable provider's terms and privacy
policy. Cycle Clean does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Tenants that enable Stripe Connect
or client payment collection are responsible for configuring their accounts correctly and complying with
applicable payment, tax, and financial regulations.
10. End users and data roles
When you use Cycle Clean to store information about your clients, employees, or contractors, you are generally
responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining required consents. Cycle Clean acts as a
service provider processing that data on your behalf to deliver the Service. End customers with privacy questions
should contact you directly; we may refer them to you when appropriate.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cycle Clean and its officers,
directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your Customer Data or content; (c) your
violation of these Terms or applicable law; (d) your messaging or marketing activities through the Service; or
(e) any dispute between you and your clients, employees, or contractors. Cycle Clean may assume exclusive
defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
12. Availability and support
We strive to keep the Service available and secure, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance,
updates, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. Support is provided through
support@cycleclean.io during normal business hours unless otherwise stated in your plan.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law,
Cycle Clean disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results from use of the platform.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cycle Clean will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for
any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Cycle Clean in the twelve (12) months
before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Termination
You may cancel your subscription according to the billing settings in your account. We may suspend or terminate
access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk
to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to any data
export options available at the time.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Cycle Clean operates, without regard
to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless
mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to
support@cycleclean.io
or through our contact page.
This Privacy Policy explains how Cycle Clean ("Cycle Clean", "we", "us", or "our")
collects, uses, and protects information when you visit
https://cycleclean.io,
create an account, or use our cleaning business management platform (the "Service"). Limited sharing with
service providers is described in Section 5 and does not include sharing mobile phone numbers or SMS consent
for marketing or promotional purposes (see Section 3).
Scope. This Privacy Policy covers Cycle Clean's own websites and application. It does not apply
to the privacy practices of cleaning businesses that use Cycle Clean ("tenants"), who are responsible for their
own client relationships and privacy disclosures. When a tenant collects information about their clients through
the Service, the tenant is generally the controller of that data and Cycle Clean processes it on the tenant's
behalf as a service provider.
Children. The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal
data, contact us so we can delete it.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and password.
- Billing and subscription information processed through our payment partners.
- Business data you enter into the platform, including clients, properties, jobs, quotes, invoices, employees, and messages.
- Support requests and communications sent to support@cycleclean.io.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, IP address, and general usage logs.
- Authentication events, security logs, and error diagnostics.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- Process subscriptions, trials, payments, and account requests.
- Respond to support inquiries and communicate important service updates.
- Monitor performance, prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Improve features, reliability, and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Deliver transactional SMS notifications on behalf of cleaning businesses using the platform (see Section 3).
3. SMS communications and mobile messaging
Mobile messaging privacy statement
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cycle Clean is a software platform. Individual cleaning businesses that use our platform may send
transactional text messages to their existing customers through Cycle Clean. These messages are
limited to quote links, invoice notifications, and payment reminders so customers can view, accept, and pay online.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk SMS campaigns.
How you opt in. End users may consent in any of these ways:
-
Verbal consent. During a phone call, an authorized representative of the cleaning business
reads a short disclosure and the customer verbally agrees. The representative records that consent in Cycle Clean.
-
Online consent. When accepting a quote or paying an invoice through a Cycle Clean-hosted page,
the customer may check an explicit opt-in box after providing a mobile number.
In all cases, Cycle Clean stores the phone number, date and time of consent, consent method, disclosure version,
and (for verbal consent) the employee who recorded it. Providing a phone number or being added as a customer does
not automatically enroll anyone in SMS messaging.
Who sends and who receives. The cleaning business (our customer) sends messages to its own end
customers through Cycle Clean's messaging infrastructure. The business name appears in message content. Recipients
are existing customers who agreed to receive billing and payment notifications.
What we collect for messaging. We collect your mobile phone number, your consent status, consent
method, and related audit context (such as who recorded consent and when) to deliver messages on behalf of the
cleaning business you contacted.
How we use messaging data. We use this information solely to deliver transactional SMS on behalf
of the cleaning business, troubleshoot delivery, comply with carrier requirements, and honor opt-out requests.
We do not use mobile numbers or messaging consent for Cycle Clean marketing or for unrelated third-party marketing.
After verbal consent is recorded, the customer may receive a one-time SMS confirmation identifying the cleaning
business and explaining message frequency, message and data rates, STOP, and HELP.
Mobile numbers and messaging consent data may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver SMS
(such as our messaging carrier) strictly to operate the messaging program—not for their or any other party's
marketing or promotional use.
Message frequency varies based on active quotes and invoices (typically 1–5 messages per service). Message and data
rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from that business's messaging program, or contact your
cleaning service provider directly. For help, reply HELP or contact
support@cycleclean.io.
This SMS policy is part of our Privacy Policy published at
https://cycleclean.io/privacy#sms-messaging.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable under privacy laws such as GDPR, we process personal data based on contract performance,
legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent
where required by law. Transactional SMS described in Section 3 is processed to perform the service you requested.
5. How we share information
Mobile messaging. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent
data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See Section 3 for full SMS disclosures.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share other information with:
- Service providers that help us host infrastructure, deliver email and SMS, process payments, and provide analytics.
- Professional advisers where necessary to protect our legal rights.
- Authorities when required by law or to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse.
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
Service providers that process data on our behalf (such as SMS carriers) receive only the information needed to
perform their function. This operational sharing does not include sharing mobile phone numbers or messaging
consent data for marketing or promotional purposes by those providers, affiliates, or other third parties.
When you use Cycle Clean to manage your own clients and staff, you act as the controller of that data and
Cycle Clean processes it on your behalf as a service provider.
6. Personal information about end users (your clients)
Tenants may store personal information about their clients in Cycle Clean, such as names, phone numbers, email
addresses, property details, job history, quotes, invoices, and payment status. We process this information on
the tenant's instructions to provide the Service. If you are an end customer of a cleaning business and have
questions about how your information is used, contact that business directly. If you contact Cycle Clean about
data controlled by a tenant, we will refer you to the relevant tenant where appropriate.
7. Service providers (sub-processors)
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service. Depending on your use of Cycle Clean, these may
include providers for:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure.
- Email delivery and transactional notifications.
- SMS delivery (such as Twilio) for transactional messaging enabled by tenants.
- Payment processing (Stripe) for subscriptions and client payments.
- Mapping and address services where enabled.
- Error monitoring and application diagnostics.
These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and are contractually required to
protect it. A current list may be provided on request by contacting
support@cycleclean.io.
8. Data retention
We retain account and business data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period
afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. You may request deletion
subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs such as billing records.
9. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including
encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure. For a summary of our security practices, see our
Security page.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards
such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms to protect cross-border transfers.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal data,
and to object to certain processing. You can update much of your account information directly in the platform.
To exercise privacy rights, contact
support@cycleclean.io.
12. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on our Website and application. Essential cookies are required for
sign-in, security, and basic functionality. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you consent through our
cookie banner. For full details, see our
Cookie Policy.
13. Marketing communications
We may send service-related emails to account holders, such as billing notices, security alerts, and product
updates. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in each message where applicable. Transactional
messages related to your account may still be sent as needed to operate the Service.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates
when changes were posted. Material updates may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
15. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, contact Cycle Clean at
